Scores Changing in LMS. Issues with SCORM Packaging

Can anyone provide insight on how to set up a SCORM file using Storyline to read from 0 to 100?

Currently, in Workday ETC is running overnight, and it's changing scores in our LMS. What Workday support was able to provide is that the ETC is reading the file and grabbing the highest score. A learner may complete the quiz with a 56.25%, but when ETC is grabbing the highest score, which in the photo below, is 83.33%.

Apparently, the file is set to read from 100 to 0, and I'm not sure how to fix this. We need to configure the file to show the last score being recorded as the highest score, so ETC captures the correct score.

Current quiz settings:

  • Passing %: 80%.
  • Published as Passed/Incomplete; we've also done Passed/Failed.

  • We use Workday and I've never heard of ETC. I googled it and didn't find anything that relates. Can you share what ETC means?

  • Enhanced Tracking Completion. This is from Workday Community: Enhanced Tracking Completion Recovery Logic

I forgot to mention that when we worked with Workday Support, they were able to provide the screenshot above showing how the scores go up and down, based on answers/interaction. However, they were unable to provide any guidance on how to fix the issues.

    Current quiz settings:

    • Passing %: 80%.
    • Published as Passed/Incomplete; we've also done Passed/Failed.
    • Each question is set to score based on the answer. 10 points for the correct answer, and 0 for an incorrect answer.

Gotcha. I'm unable to access the link, and am not familiar with ETC.

  • I experience same issue —the score unexpectedly changed from failing to passing, and in some cases, from passing to 100% within a few days.
