Scorm - multiple choice not working

Hello!

Hoping someone here can help! I created a course in Storyline with a multiple choice quiz, and uploaded it as SCORM to an LMS. The multiple choice buttons are "clickable" and work when I preview it in Storyline, but they don't work on the LMS side. Users are able to answer the first question, but they aren't able to select a response for all of the other questions.

I've reached out to the LMS Support team and they said the issue has to do with the SCORM package. Any idea what I might be doing incorrectly here, and how to fix this?

    This sounds like a configuration setting in how you published the course to a SCORM format. Be sure that you have selected the correct outputs.

    First check that you have selected the "final assessment" option. Then, on the tab to right (LMS / LRD Tracking), make sure that you have the correct setting checked.

    The "Reporting and Tracking" options are where you can select which questions are tracked and reported to the LMS.
