SCORM 2004 4th Edition Backwards Compatibility?
If i publish for 4th edition, and the customer only has 3rd....will it still work for them?

This is specific to an LMS. You'll want to confirm if the LMS accepts both SCORM 2004 3rd and 4th editions.
