SCORM Hosting Site for External Learners

Hi Articulate Community,

I'm looking for a way to host SCORM files for our organization's external users (for example: contractors, outside vendors, etc.).

Currently, we have an LMS but it's more focused for learners internal to the organization which is why I wanted to know if there are other FREE options for us to be able to present our courses to external users.

Ideally, we're looking for a hosting site that does not require users to register and can basically allow access to the course through the course link provided by the hosting site.

A couple of options that I have already tried are:
Github - So far from all other options (except Articulate Review) this is able to meet our requirements. However, there are limitations to the file size and how many courses can be hosted.

ScormCloud - It's a good hosting site but the need for users to register for an account is an idea that my team does not like.

Articulate Review - Personally, I think this is the ideal option but if a team member resigns and their articulate account is closed, the course will also disappear. Additionally, my manager is against the idea of using a review tool for presenting courses to external users.

Google Cloud - It's good but it's not free.

Rise.com - Also good but it's not free. In addition to that, users need to register for an account in order to access the course.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much,

-Jerico

Be aware that when someone takes a Rise course outside of a LMS, there is no student data tracking or data collection. So there will be no record or proof that someone has completed the training.
