SCORM Not Loading When Changing Language in New LMS
Hi everyone,
We've encountered an issue with our SCORM packages from Articulate Rise after moving to a new LMS two months ago. When a user changes the language, the SCORM package fails to load if they have made progress in the activity. It seems the location bookmarks saved by the SCORM packages differ between languages. Instead of defaulting to the start when it doesn't recognize the bookmark, it just doesn't load.
In our LMS, one course is seen as one activity that includes all the different language SCORM packages. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I think that is a combination of issues. Rise has always had the issue if the wrong bookmark data is sent back it stops the course loading. But, for an LMS that has different packages based on language and delivers them once the language is selected, it should save and send different bookmarking data as they are different scorms.

Does the different language option in your LMS refer to versions of one Rise 360 course that have been translated into different languages? Could you please share more details about how your users are switching between languages so we can check if this is what affecting the course's suspend data?
