Scorm not loading
I have a customer who has a problem when trying to launch a Scorm. It seems the system is struggling to find the user's last location within the eLearning. The Scorm was built in Rise.

The customer seems to get the issue when relaunching the eLearning package. A blank screen appears. Has anyone come across this before?

I just had some clarifying questions first:

Which LMS is your customer using to launch the SCORM package?
- Did your customer add or delete any lessons in the latest version of the course?
- Does clearing the cache or launching through an incognito browser mitigate the issue at all?
It would be helpful to take a closer look at the SCORM package. Would you be willing to share it here in the discussion or privately through a support case? We’ll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is complete!
