  • Hi there, Maria! Thanks so much for including that Loom video--that was helpful! I've tried recreating this issue in a Rise 360 course from my side, but I'm not seeing the same thing. In my sample course, the page scrolls to the top of the block that is just after the continue button.

I recorded the attached short video for you to explain what I'm seeing.

In your video, it looks like you were viewing a course that is embedded on another page. Can you please try viewing that same course from the Share link? Let me know if you see the same scrolling problem when viewing the standalone course from the Share link!

Yep that's exactly what happens when I view my course from the share link too. So you think it's a problem with the page that it's embedded into? or the software that is being used to display the SCORM or RAW file on the page?

Following up, Maria! I see that my teammate, Mark, was able to get your course working in a different environment and that you're following up with another provider.

I hope you're able to get what you need. Glad you reached out and shared your content!
