Screen reader will not read feedback after a graded question
Hello,
One of our users brought up a problem with our Storyline 360 courses. Screen readers will not read the feedback text after answering a question (such as multiple choice, multiple select, etc). I've tried both modern and classic player, and have also tried putting a custom text box on the feedback layers, as well as modifying the feedback master.
Is this a known problem? Is there a work-around for it?
Thanks,
Joe

Hi Joseph,
I'm sorry you're having an issue with screen readers reading the feedback layers. We would love to troubleshoot this for you! Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case?
Thanks for reaching out!

Sure. It's just a blank project with a standard multiple choice question. You will see on the feedback, if you have the windows screen reader open, it stops after saying "correct" or "incorrect" and doesn't read the feedback text unless you use the arrow keys.
Hi Joseph,
Thanks for the file. I can confirm that the same thing is happening when I test the behavior on m end. We are currently tracking a known issue in Storyline 360 where screen readers does not read question feedback layers automatically. I've added your voice to that bug report so we can notify you here as soon as a fix is released!
