Screen Recording Inserting into Single Slide
I've got a handful of screen recordings that don't break down into a step by step series of slides when being inserted into a project. They insert into a single slide with only the initial frame showing. When I preview the project, I get a blank screen, but when I go to "Action Fine Tuning," I can see the total length of each recording and see the mouse clicks/corresponding software responses. Any idea how to get the recordings to break out into individual slides with hotspots and triggers as per usual?

When making your recordings, were you able to follow the steps that were outlined in this article? Note that you'll need to use the screen recording feature of Storyline 360 in order to make recordings that can be converted into different modes.
If the Record Screen functionality is not working properly for you, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to see if this helps. If the issue persists, you can reach out to our support team for further assistance.
