Screen recordings

Hello -

I am creating a course explaining how to use a computer application, so I'm using the Record Screen function. One of the steps is to click and drag a task to a time in a schedule.  There are also a couple places where they need to scroll down the page. In both cases, it's an animation and doesn't let the learner actually perform the function themselves.  

Is there something I can do that will allow the learner to practice those functions?
