SCROLL PANEL ALTERNATIVE
I have been looking into a method to emulate the "click and move" feature used on the Google Maps. There are a few discussions on using the vertical and horizontal scroll panels simultaneously, but that is very hard to implement. So I tinkered with the use of the "Drag and Drop" question option and came up with a usable alternative. It is not as "slick" as the Google Map version, but it works for me.
I attached the story file (Storyline 3) for review and comment. Please let me know if it works for you AND if you have any comments to improve the technique.

Here is another version of this alternative. In this version, the object remains in its current position when the mouse is released. (the "snap item to drop target" is unchecked).
