Scrolling Panel Bar causes a trigger?

Unfortunately that is expected behaviour, instead on using clicks outside of try adding a hotspot inside of the scroll panel below your current hotspot that covers all of you scroll panel and set that to show incorrect if clicked. Not as elegant but will work.
