Seekbar Articulate Video Tutorials
Why aren't we able to use the seek bar in any of the Articulate training or webinar videos? Each time I try to go back to re-watch a specific part of the video, it starts over from the beginning.

Hi Elizabeth, I'm running into the same issue and I'm using Chrome. Whether I'm viewing in Articulate or Workday after we've uploaded, users cannot navigate through the video and are kicked back to the beginning each time. I checked the Navigation settings and don't see anything that would impact this issue. What can be done?
Hi Cheryl and welcome to the community. Am I right in thinking you're asking about video playback problems in published e-learning courses rather than the tutorial videos we offer in Articulate 360 Training?
If so, could you let me know which authoring tool you're using to create the courses experiencing this issue: Storyline 360, Rise 360, or both?
