Hi Elizabeth,
I'm sorry you can't keep your seek bar set to read-only! I couldn't replicate this behavior while testing this with my own files. I have a couple of follow-up questions for you.
- Are you using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360?
- Are you seeing "Allow user to drag seek bar" when returning to the classic player settings after changing it to read-only?
- Would you be willing to share your files here or reach out to our Support Engineers directly in a support case?
