Seekbar not moving on rewind

Generally, the seekbar on the layer works when I click the 'Rewind' button. I selected 'Allow seeking = Yes' from the slide layer properties.

Do you have "Pause timeline of base layer" checked on the Slide Layer Properties?
Also, what "When revisiting" setting did you use on the base layer? Let me know if that helps!
