Self-Help Tips for Frozen Storyline Modules?
Good afternoon,
I'm having an issue where several users have reported that they are unable to progress through slides in a project with no consistent them that may point to an underlying issue in the design of the project itself. Obviously, this can be a drain on my time, and often, it seems like it is user or device error that is the main issue.
Is there a list of 3-5 self-help tips or actions for frozen storyline-based trainings that I can give to a learner before attempting to fix a storyline file on my end?

I understand it's often user or device error causing an issue with the course. It may be helpful to share the system requirements for viewing Storyline 360 courses with learners before they begin. You may also find that customizing and simplifying the player improves the learner experience.
