Sending Survey Data

Hello,

New Storyline user here. I'm creating a course for multiple teams which includes graded multiple choice review questions and ungraded short answer reflective questions. How do I set it all up so that...

  1. The graded quiz results and ungraded short answers are collected team by team?
  2. The graded quiz results and ungraded short answers are then emailed to the team leads?

    Hi Rob!

    I'm happy to help, but I also hope any of our talented instructional designers will jump in and share if they've created something similar!

    1. The graded quiz results and ungraded short answers are collected team by team.
      1. This sounds like a custom report that you could create in your LMS. All of this data is sent to an LMS, so it would be up to the LMS to categorize the results by team.
    2. The graded quiz results and ungraded short answers are then emailed to the team leads.
      1. Others have used Javascript to send results via email, but I do think the easiest option would be configuring this in your LMS. 

    I'd recommend reaching out to your LMS administrator to see if they have any recommendations as well!
