Set unseen Slides to "viewed"

@Phil: I've always used that option as a fail safe.
@Marcel: Would using Rise as an initial "launching pad" work for your client? It would require you to publish 2 courses instead of one, but it would guarantee the 100% progress your client's LMS requires.
