Hi Mary,
Looks like you are still replying via e-mail.
This does 2 things:
1. Does not allow your attachment to post in the forums
2. Includes your e-mail signature line

Hi,
Can we change the timer display position?
Hi there, Aiswarya. Currently there isn't a way to change the timer display on the Player. Feel free to tell us about the options you'd like to see available for timer display!

When I use a timer on a quiz and the user fails to complete in time they have the option to Try Again. However, when they try again, even if they do it in time and get all questions right they still go to the Failure layer. Is there a way around this? Is seems that Storyline 360 does not allow a retry where the results are reset when using a timer.

Hi William,
That’s odd that it still sends you to the Failure layer. I tried to replicate and was able to retry the quiz successfully multiple times.
On your Try Again button, check that your Reset results trigger is before any other trigger so that it properly resets.
If that’s correct, it would help to take a look at your .story file to see if anything else is getting in the way of your quiz retry.
Are you able to share a copy of your file with us? If so, you can upload at this link using the Add Attachment button or you always have an option to share privately with our Support Engineers. Either way, we'll delete it when done testing.

Ok, thanks for your help. I found some competing triggers (i.e. system generated ones vs ones I created). Removing the system ones has rectified the problem.

hello articulate technical staff please help me
please help me for related to timer and score on every slide
Hi Anupama,
I just responded to a similar question here, but it looks like this is a different sample file.
I took a look and I can see that you have a trigger on Slide 1.2 to adjust the 'timer' variable.
Should this be happening when the timeline ends on the slide? It looks like it's not specified as the slide timeline:
- Can you explain a bit more about what you are expecting to see on each slide with the 'timer' reference?
- When does this timer get incremented?

Hello Articulate team,
Please help me to give time limit to attempt for single quiz.
i.e, If i have 10 questions, then i need to give time limit for each of the quiz for 25seconds.
