Setting output size in Articulate Replay?

Apologies if this has been asked before - I've searched but I can't find anything. I'm trying to make some short training videos which are basically just screen captures of me using a piec...
I am having issues with my recording output too, but mine is recording from the outside of the top right corner of the intended area. The inside on the bottom left is omitted with the recording.

Are you using dual monitors? We've seen that cause some issues with how a screen is cropped while recording, and it's recommended to disconnect from or only project to one monitor while recording.
