Sharing a course

I am trying to send a course from ride360 using the send a copy button but I get the error message "Failed to send copies to the following emails, please ensure that they have valid accounts in your regional data center"

 

Any idea how I add an email address?

    You can only send a copy of a course to an email address that is linked to a current Articulate 360 account.

    There is an issue with the new dashboard giving me this error. If I switch to Classic I can send. Valid email addresses are NOT working with new dashboard.
