Show hand cursor on hover
Hello,
I have seen several posts about this issue, but I don't seem to see a resolution, so I'm bringing it up again. I have created Test slides and the mouse is turning into a hand when the learner hovers over the correct answer, even though the option for that is unchecked. What's also strange is that when I first created this test, the mouse was not turning into a hand. After making other updates and saving the project, I came back to it and noticed it. How do I fix this?

I am having the opposite issue.
In other words, I want the hand to show on hover but it does not. I've clicked and unclicked this option and restarted the program. 2 hotspots by default were inserted with "show hand" selected but I've never seen this hand appear.
Jaclyn, did you ever get a resolution?
Thanks in advance.
JKHi Jane,
Sorry to hear that you ran into a related issue.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Hello,
The response I received from the case that I submitted about this issue was that it was being logged as a possible software bug. I was offered this workaround:
You can try deleting the "Submit hotspot when user clicks hotspot" triggers on each Hotspot slide and replace them with "Submit hotspot when the user clicks Submit Button" instead.
Thanks so much for sharing the workaround in this thread, Jaclyn! I'm sure it will be helpful for others that come across this bug.
Feel free to reach out in the E-Learning Heroes Community with any discoveries or questions in the future.
Have a great afternoon! ✨

For a software bug, it still isn't fixed. I'm getting the hand cursor on hover, too, and the hotspot option for "show hand cursor on hover" is not checked.
