Sign In Loop - unable to use software!
I keep getting stuck in a loop trying to use Storyline, I can open up the software and then I'm asked to sign in to continue, this brings up the 360 log in and then sends me online where I log in.
I then head back to storyline, 'click exit' and re start the process again, but the error message appears after a minute.
I'm logged in fine online, have uninstalled and reinstalled 360 but log in issue persists!

Open your Windows Task Manager, end the Articulate 360 Desktop App processes and then try logging in again.

Thanks for chiming in and sharing what you are experiencing when signing in. I'm glad that Michael was able to pop in and offer some help here.
We typically recommend the following:
- Close the Articulate 360 desktop app by right-clicking the Articulate icon in the system tray and selecting Quit.
- Restart the machine and try signing in again.

Thanks for getting back to me, but i'm still having issues, ive deleted storyline form my machine, re installed, closed all processes from task manager, and still getting the log-in loop!
