Since the latest upgrade I cannot add videos
Hi Julie,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
It sounds like installing the latest update caused your Storyline 360 installation to stop working properly. As a troubleshooting step, please ask your IT support to repair your Storyline 360 installation. You'll need someone with admin rights to perform the steps to ensure the repair is done properly.
If the issue persists, feel free to open a case with our support team here so we can have our support engineers reach out for additional assistance.
