SL360 - slide advance by user not showing

I am new to SL360. I imported a PP. It was advancing automatically which I did not want so I changed slide trigger to - jump to next slide when the user clicks. That did not work. When I ...
Here is the reality of this. Each slide has a little gear in the bottom of the slide in the lower right corner. Click on that gear and the slide prosperities will open. There you will see "Slide advances:" it is probably set to Automatically; you need to change it to "By user". Uniformity there is no globe update to change them all. Sorry
