The screenshots were actually taken by me and my colleagues in user view after they reported the problem, so it's just our browsers (Firefox in the first screenshot, Chrome in the second). We can indeed check with these learners if they were using the same browser and one different from the other users.
However do you think the browser used could play a role? In that case I think we can try to test with different browsers ourselves.
