Hi Ahmed,

I'm sorry you're having issues with slow performance using Storyline! Can you give some more details about your experience?

  • Is the lag immediate?
  • Is it while only using a certain file?
  • Is it while using a certain feature?

    Hello - I don't know if my issue is the same as Ahmed, but sounds like it might be.

    I've had SL360 for a while, but today it's moving as slowly as frozen syrup. I've restarted SL, and I've restarted my computer, but no better. Suggestions?

      I'd be happy to look into this for you! Sorry to hear you are having issues with Storyline 360!

      It sounds like Storyline 360 has worked in the past, but you're finding that it is recently slow to load. Have you tried repairing Storyline 360?

      If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind sharing what version of Windows you are currently running? Also, have you experienced these issues while using other applications on your machine?
