Slow, Unresponsive, lag

Hi Everyone!
I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.

I appreciate you responding to others in this feed. Ticket or no ticket, please be aware that these issues are real even if your team is operating with no issue. I know tickets are always met with this isn't our issue but an issue on your end... That is not the case for this issue. Whether it is your servers that are being overloaded, the introduction of localization, or AI or a combo.... There is an issue with the product being slow or unresponsive or kicking you out (logging out in some cases).
