Software simulation not capturing Software active windows and steps

Hello!

I am currently building a  software simulation with the Software being installed on my computer.

Articulate would not capture the software active windows and steps, such as clicks etc.

I tried to change video resolution, also checked the setting "Move new windows into recording area" still nothing. Any reason why this is happening?
