Feedback Layer Error in Storyline 360 Screen Recording Software Simulation
Hi everyone,
I'm building out an Excel simulation training for internal folks. Everything looks great, except for the feedback layers. I generally use the "Accessible" layout and our branding colors for feedback. However, when I review the course, I'm seeing only white text and no formatting on the feedback layer (e.g., no background, no graphics, no alignment) (see attachment). I tried creating a custom feedback template, but the same error occurs. I looked at the design features, but the colors/branding look fine.
I've had some experience with screen recordings/simulations, but haven't encountered this yet. Any help or advice would be appreciated - this seems like a simple fix, but I'm stumped. Thanks in advance!!

Hi there ArynDougherty-4,
Glad to hear you're using Accessible Feedback Layers in your Storyline 360 course!
Thank you for including a screenshot of what you are experiencing. I have a feeling this is a quick fix!
I'd like for you to double-check your settings in the Feedback Master.
1. Open your Storyline project.
2. Go to the VIEW tab and select the Feedback Master.
3. Select the Accessible Feedback Layer layout you are currently working with.
4. In the Background section within the panel, check the box for Hide Background Graphics.
5. Close out of the Feedback Master and preview your course.
Did this do the trick? If not, the next step is for us to examine your project file! Please upload your .story file to this thread or privately in a support case when you have the chance.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
