Without looking at your .story file, my initial thought would be to check the order of triggers. Since you have two triggers when the user clicks the tab (one for the sound and one that sends them to another slide), you want the sound to be the one happening first.
If this is not the case, are you able to share your .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can see what's going on?
Again, I never thought of the trigger order, just that I had the listed trigger. Will look into it today and if not fixed with it, will get back to you and the community. Thanks for taking time to reply.
