I'll expand on what PhilMayor​ said.
Add a Continue block. You'll find that in the Divider section of the Block Library.
After you insert the Continue block, click to edit its content. That's where you'll find the options for controlling when the user can continue.
"Complete Block Directly Above" requires the user to finish the interaction in the block directly above the Continue block.
FYI: The "Complete All Blocks Above" option also works. However, there's no way to indicate to the user which interactive blocks they've skipped. So I think it's better to put a Continue block after each required interaction.
