Start media after a video in a marker has finished

Good morning all,

 

I am working on a project and need some advice on how to trigger some media. I have a slide with 3 points in it. Point 1 and 2 have a text to speech file associated with them. Point 2 also has a video in a marker that appears after the speech for point 2 completes. I want the speech for point 3 to start after the video completed but I cant seem to figure out how to set the timing of the trigger. I cant find a trigger that allows the media on point 3 to start when the video on the marker completed. Is this possible or do I just need to set the time on the timeline where I want the speech for point 3 to start...
