States Challenge
I thought this would be simple, but I cannot figure out the process of creating shapes that get smaller than the "Normal" state. Here is what I need:
NORMAL: 60px outer border ring (no Fill) AND ...
An alternate solution is to duplicate the Normal state, giving it a custom name, and setting the custom state as the initial state. That's because the other built-in states (Hover, Selected, etc.) don't actually replace Normal; they just overlay it. Ron's shapes work because they have a filled background that is larger than the Normal shape.
