Storyline - Pick one freeform not working
You should select all the radio buttons and remove them from the button set. If the buttons are part of a button set, selecting one button will automatically deselect the others. The checkboxes are more appropriate for this scenario. Add hotspots to the Form View as incorrect options to avoid the 'Invalid Answer' message when something is selected during the submitted interaction. Try submitting the interaction again. Consider Ange's solution as well as she offers a better approach to this interaction.
Hi, first thing that stands out is there is no trigger to show either a correct or an incorrect layer - is that what you are looking to happen when all are selected, or something else?
If you do just want a correct (incorrect?) layer to show, a cleaner way to do this (if it needs to be a graded quiz) is convert to freeform 'pick many'. If you want the user to see what they have selected you could use invisible shapes with a 'check mark' on selected, instead of hotspots.
OR, you can add correct and incorrect layers to a slide with conditions:
- Show layer correct, if a and b and c and d and e = (are equal to) selected
- Show layer incorrect (or retry, or whatever you want to show if incorrect), if a or b or c or d or e ≠ (is not equal to) selected.
