Storyline & SCORM HELP

Is anyone else using Storyline & SCORM as their LMS? I am trying to figure out how to get a report from SCORM to see which questions my participants got correct and which they did not.

Hi Autumn,

Both SCORM and xAPI support the cmi.interaction data model elements, which allows you to record and report on question-level data in assessments and interactions. As Jonathan pointed out, some LMSs may (or may not) offer a report like this over SCORM data. Most LMS support for xAPI is pretty limited, but xAPI is another way for you to get this type of test item analysis data.

So you need to possibly distribute / support multiple LMS environments and you need a way to report on these assessment results in aggregate (across multiple learners and LMSs), correct?

There are free tools out there that you can experiment with if you would like to try this type of reporting with xAPI and an LRS while also sending SCORM back to your LMS. For example, xAPI Delegates (https://xapi.io) is a new free tool just announced 2 weeks ago and solves this exact problem. I would be happy to help you out if you want to send me a DM.
