Storyline 3 Quiz Settings

Within our courses we have a quiz included, previously when we published these courses we selected passed/failed in the LMS reporting, if the learner failed the quiz and exited the course, resumed and retried the quiz and if they passed, this would update the tick box.  Recently this is not happening, if they retry the quiz straight away it updates, but if they exit, resume and retry it doesn't update unless they complete the whole course again which we don't want them to do. 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I have tried publishing to every setting and still have the same issue.  Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

    I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share what you are experiencing with your published Storyline 3 project.

    I'm not clear on what 'tick box' you are referring to.

    • Is this a setting within your LMS? 
    • Do you experience the same issue with retrying in another LMS, such as SCORM Cloud?
