Storyline 3 Won't Open
When I click to open Storyline 3 the initialization screen appears but I get bell ring on my PC and no error screen or info screen appears.
I am using Windows 10 and have not had this problem before.

Hi everyone,
I installed the articulate storyline 3 and completed all the activation steps but I cannot open it. Initializing screen appears, but then that screen goes away and nothing opens. I tried to do all advises above but it is not working still. I use Windows 10 also. In this situation, what should I do to start it?

This isn't the exact same question but can't find a similar thread. I am trying to update my Storyline but am getting the error message that "Storyline is running. Please close Storyline before installing Articulate 360." I have shut everything down, restarted my computer, and am getting the same error message. Any suggestions?

Thank you for replying. I shut everything down and rebooted my computer but still had the same problem. For some reason, my computer thought Storyline was still running. The next thing I did was reboot with a Windows update which ultimately solved the problem. My concern is if there wasn't an update available, rebooting didn't solve it. I would have tried your suggestions if that was the case. I'll keep these in mind. Thanks!
