Storyline 360- screen recording when published is not synched

Hello,

Couldn't find a relevant discussion on this, hoping someone can help. I am new to storyline and have created a screen recording  (on a system demonstration). Everything looks great on the slides and when I preview the entire project. However, after I publish the video in mp4 format, some of the slides no longer synch up with the text I have (the video moves through the slides but the text lags behind). Any idea how I can fix this? I tried publishing twice, same issue.

    Sorry to hear that your slides and text are not syncing up when publishing a screen recording! I'd love to help figure out what could be causing that! I just had some follow-up questions first:

    If we could take a look at the .story file, that would be helpful in narrowing down the root cause quicker! You can attach the file to this discussion or upload it privately through a support case. We'll delete it from our system once troubleshooting is finished!
