Storyline 360: 360° Images Stuck Loading — Is Anyone Else Experiencing This?
Hi everyone,
I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 127, we've included important fixes and new features. One of the bugs we've fixed is:
- Inserting, editing, or adding hotspots to 360° images caused errors while authoring, and 360° images caused courses to freeze on iOS.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Adding a data point for the support case: multiple people hitting this on different images and file sizes, with the August build working, points at a regression in the current build rather than your project files. If you haven't already, file a support case with a minimal project containing one 360° image — the more reports tied to the same build, the faster it gets triaged. And if you revert to the August build as Carl suggested, test one 360° image first before committing a whole project to the older build.
