Storyline 360 AI Audio issues

This has inconsistently happened to me, only with some of the audio clips. I throw in dummy text (often literally "Dummy text") before the actual text I need, then export the audio to a WAV file and edit it in Audition to remove the dummy text. Sometimes, I also have to add and then remove dummy text at the end. It's as if the T2S generator is using a "fade in" and "fade out" effect without our requesting it.
