Storyline 360 AI Voices V3
I just tried the v3 voices and experienced SIGNIFICANT hallucinations. Where should I report this to Articulate?
You can raise a support ticket at Submit a Case to the Support Team About Any Articulate E-Learning Software
They'll probably ask for specific instances, so i'm not sure if we'll get much response to general "it doesn't work very well" cases, but it's probably worth letting them know. I'm going to raise an incident and if more people do they might investigate.

Thanks - I submitted a ticket. Hopefully enough traffic will tell them they need to revisit these v3 voices!

Hi MelanieShare-12,
Sorry to hear that you've also encountered this setback with the V3 model of AI Voices.
I see that you've been troubleshooting with my colleague Phil, through a support case. As I've mentioned to others, we have this behavior logged as a bug in AI Assistant. This bug produces different accents when generating AI Audio with the V3 model. Also, this bug affects Storyline and Rise.
I've updated your case so Phil can be kept in the loop. Also, we've included your voice in the bug report that's being tracked. We'll be sure to update you as soon as a fix is in place. In the meantime, as a workaround, we recommend using the V2 model.
Thank you for your patience!

Hi Paul_Atleos,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the V3 model of AI voices in Storyline.
I see that you've been working with my teammate Robby, through a support case. As he shared, we have this behavior logged as a bug in AI Assistant. This bug causes different accents to be generated when using the V3 model of AI Audio. We're seeing this bug in both Storyline and Rise.
We've included your voice in the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. As a workaround, we suggest using the V2 model, where this issue is not observed.
I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!

Thanks Steven. I'm currently using the V2 model for voices without issue, appreciate you looking into V3.
