Storyline 360 course freezes on the completion page and gives no completion
First let me say that this course was developed externally, and I don't have the Storyline file. I'm guessing that 99-98% gets a completion with no issues, but some are not getting a completion and...

Since you haven't made any changes to the course, its possible that a recent browser update or a newly installed browser extension may be what's preventing your course from loading properly at the end. To troubleshoot the behavior, you can try:
- Viewing your course on a different browser
- Viewing your course in incognito mode
- Disabling any browser extensions that were recently installed
If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to the project owner to have them upload a new version of your course published using the most recent version of Storyline 360.
