Storyline 360 courses - audio not playing or very delayed in published output

Having the same issue for my story in Storyline 360 - Audio either not playing or very delayed in my published output to .mp4 video. It works correctly in Storyline 360 preview and Review 360 only... Any suggestions? I've submitted a case to Articulate Support as well.
