Storyline 360 crashes when try to copy/paste

Every time I ctrl+d or copy and paste, Storyline 360 crashes. I've uninstalled/resinstalled to no effect. Any ideas? Or does Storyline just not support this? Thanks, Steve.

Hi, Katie,

Thank you for the follow up.

I am working with an Articulate Support person on this issue. 

  • I am using Word 2016, version 16.0.5017.1000.
  • I have not experienced any issues with copying between Word and Notepad.

Thank you for sharing those details! Great call on opening up a Support Case. I see that Jopney is continuing to troubleshoot this issue. I'll be sure to share your version of Word in your case.
