Storyline 360 doesn't open and requires a new version installation
Hi,
the last week I have had an issue with my Storyline 360.
Each time I try to open the app I receive an error window. (See attached)
I have already downloaded the latest version, and still the same reaction.
Any ideas?

Sorry for the trouble! I see that you submitted a case as well. Great call! It looks like you just need an updated version of the desktop app. Glad it was an easy fix. Amlan is still available in your support case if you have additional questions!
