Storyline 360 JAWS Reader Issue

Hello everyone!

I have run into a problem with JAWS Reader. When viewing a published Storyline course in Chrome, the jaws reader selection area does not highlight the area that is actually being read. When I move through the menu, buttons, and images what is selected (the red or yellow box) is being read. When I move through the text/content of the page the yellow/red box moves all around the page. The voice is reading the correct verbiage but the box is highlighting blank areas, wrong areas, or completely off the browser page. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?

    Hello Amelia!

    I'm happy to help! Which version of Storyline are you using? Also, which version of JAWS are you using?

    We don't have this logged as a possible software bug, so it would also be helpful to know if you see this behavior in multiple courses or just the one you're working on.

    Once we gather these details, I'll be sure to report them to my team! I appreciate your cooperation on this issue.

      Hello,

      JAWS Version 2021.2107.12 ILM

      Storyline version 3.55

      This error is happening with multiple users. If you would like me to take a
      video of this error happening I will.
