Storyline 360: Objects are not visible on the timeline panel of one slide
Storyline 360, last build 3.51.24979.0 (April 27, 2021)
Searched, but could not find an answer. After a working on a module for some time I notice objects (9 in total) are not visible on the timeline panel of one slide. With the exception of the zoom object, all other objects disappear. I have to save, close, and reopen Storyline to see them again. Is this a known issue?

Hello J B, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes! ⭐️
I haven't seen this being reported by other folks in the community, but here are a couple of tips to start with:
- Make sure your project files are located on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency.
- If Storyline 360 isn't working properly, a simple repair usually fixes the problem: Repair Articulate Storyline 360.
If you don't see improvement from there, I'd recommend connecting with one of our support engineers to help troubleshoot. As soon as they review your file, they'll reach out with a next step!

Thanks Becca. Working on a local drive. I will be sure to check if the file needs repair first.

Hi, J B,
Thank you for also opening a case with our engineers, where we've logged a bug related to this discussion. I wanted to come back with some great news to share!
We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 53, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the fixes we’ve included is:
Duplicating a slide with a zoom region caused other objects to disappear from the timeline panel for the new slide.
To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let us know if you have any questions by posting here or directly reaching out to our Support Engineers.
