Storyline 360 will not publish a Word Document Storyboard
I cannot publish out my Storyline Storyboard to MS Word. Is there a reason I am running into this issue? Are there permissions that need to be opened up on my local computer?

It sounds like you were having some trouble getting your Storyline 360 course published to Word. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out why that's happening!
Testing this out on my end, I was able to publish a sample course to Word without issues. Everything was working as it should!
I have some follow-up questions to help me understand your setup a little better:
- Are you working locally? We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring to prevent erratic behavior.
- Is this happening with multiple files or a specific file?
- If it's multiple files, you may want to try repairing Storyline.
- Are there any special characters, accents, or symbols in your file path/file name?
If you are willing to share your file with us for further testing, you can upload it here or share it privately through a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
