Storyline AI text to speech does not export.

I have looked up and seen a few variations of this, but not really a resolution.  AI text to speech is not included in Rise. So to import audio narration, I need to create the text to speech narrat...

    Update After working with tech support they were unable to help resolve the issue as they couldn't replicate it. 

    However... I DID find a simple workaround!

    1. Create your AI text to speech
    2. In the timeline, right-click the AI TTS line and select "Show in media library"
    3. In the media library, it will have a name the same as the text which is really long and causing the issue - change the audio name to something short like tts1, tts2 etc
    4. To export, while still in the media player, select the line item you want to export, then click the little export button on the bottom right (near the insert audio clip button.)

I have some great news to share. We've release a new version of Storyline 360 which included a fix for the issue that caused Storyline 360 to crash when exporting AI text-to-speech audio. 

To take advantage of this update, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find step-by-step instructions here.
